Customers can browse from a curated selection of meals, snacks, beverages, and related products offered by local caterers and partners.
Menus and product availability may vary by location and vendor.
Orders can be placed via our website or mobile app.
Payment is required at checkout. We accept all major credit/debit cards and approved corporate billing accounts.
Orders should be placed at least 24–48 hours in advance for optimal availability, but same-day delivery may be available in select areas.
Once placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with order details, estimated delivery time, and contact information for customer support.
We deliver across major cities and business hubs. Availability is based on your location and the selected vendor.
If you are outside the regular delivery radius, please contact support for custom arrangements (fees may apply).
Standard delivery windows are between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
For corporate events or large orders, specific time slots can be selected during checkout.
Real-time tracking or updates will be provided where possible.
Someone must be available at the specified address to receive and inspect the delivery.
If no one is available and redelivery is not feasible, the order may be forfeited without refund.

Allergies & Dietary Needs: Menu descriptions include allergen details where available. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any special dietary requirements.
Substitutions: In rare cases, due to supply limitations, we may substitute an item with an equivalent of equal or higher value. You will be notified in advance where possible.

Applicable taxes and delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Orders may be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before delivery without penalty.
After that, changes are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees depending on the vendor's policy.
