CaterzHub Cancellation Policy

At CaterzHub, we understand that plans can change. Whether you're ordering for a corporate event, office lunch, or doorstep delivery, our goal is to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness to our catering partners and maintaining high service standards.


1. General Cancellation Guidelines

Cancellations are accepted based on the time they are submitted relative to the scheduled delivery time:

More than 48 hours in advance 100% Refund
24–48 hours in advance 50% Refund
Less than 24 hours No Refund

 

Note: For large or custom orders (e.g., events with 50+ guests), extended notice may be required. This will be communicated during checkout.


2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via:

Include the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Scheduled delivery date and time

  • Reason for cancellation (optional)


3. Custom & Large Event Orders

For orders involving:

  • Event-specific menus

  • Custom packaging

  • Third-party rentals (e.g., serving staff or equipment)

The cancellation terms may vary by vendor. Specific terms will be included in your order confirmation or discussed during booking. These may include non-refundable deposits or longer cancellation windows (e.g., 72 hours or more).


4. Modification Instead of Cancellation

If your plans change, you may modify the delivery time, address, or quantity of items (if possible) instead of canceling. Contact us at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


5. Cancellations by CaterzHub or Vendors

In rare cases, CaterzHub or our vendor partners may need to cancel an order due to:

  • Natural disasters, extreme weather, or safety concerns

  • Vendor unavailability

  • Errors in pricing or menu availability

In such cases:

  • You will be notified immediately

  • You will receive a full refund, or

  • Be offered an alternative provider or rescheduling option


6. No-Show or Failed Deliveries

If no one is available at the time of delivery and redelivery is not feasible, the order will be marked as fulfilled and no refund will be issued. Please ensure someone is present to receive your order.
