At CaterzHub, we are proud to offer not only seamless catering coordination but also direct doorstep delivery of both food and related products. Whether you're ordering for a corporate event, team lunch, or special gathering, we strive to ensure your experience is smooth, timely, and satisfying. However, we understand that unexpected issues can arise. This policy outlines when refunds are applicable and how you can request one.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

A. Order Cancellation

  • Full Refund: Cancellation more than 48 hours before scheduled delivery.

  • 50% Refund: Cancellation made between 24 to 48 hours before delivery.

  • No Refund: Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to delivery.

B. Delivery Issues

  • Non-Delivery or Extreme Delay (over 60 minutes): Eligible for full or partial refund unless due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic emergencies).

  • Wrong Address Entry: No refund if the customer enters incorrect delivery details.

C. Incorrect or Missing Items

If part of your order is missing or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. We may offer:

  • A redelivery, where possible

  • A partial refund for the missing item(s)

  • A full refund in severe cases

D. Quality Concerns

If the food or product is:

  • Spoiled

  • Unsafe to consume

  • Not as described

Please report the issue within 2 hours of receiving the order, along with supporting photos. We’ll investigate and may issue a full or partial refund.


2. How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos or screenshots, if applicable


3. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your request, we will:

  • Review and respond within 2 business days

  • If approved, process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method


4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Customer changes mind after dispatch

  • Dissatisfaction based solely on personal taste preferences

  • Orders placed with promo codes marked as non-refundable

  • Incorrect product/meal selections by the customer
